When you look at that there, you have McGlinchey (Hicks), Burns (Griffiths) Fenton (Manny) and Lia will fill the holes. Its not exactly a B team but it will be makeshift.

Yep, but Fenton and Boxall both away so Manny can't cover for them both. With Doyle also gone we'll be needing another fullback against Sidknee. In the past that may have been Lia (very unsccesfully)

Anyway, that's next week. I'm firing up for tonight

Anyone know of a bar on the Gold Coast ( preferably Broadbeach) that shows Phoenix matches?  Was going to Suncorp tonight but after thunderstorms yesterday and more forecast for today I might opt for the indoor option...

A win at Suncorp, the last 'to do'.

Close down Broich and we're in with a good chance.

A piece of Burns' magic to nick it.

COYN.

He dribbles a lot and the opposition dont like it - you can see it all over their faces. (Ron Atkinson)

Go to that big [surf] club on the beach right in front of the Oasis Shopping Centre. There is a big car park facing theroad, the club, then the beach. I think this is it:

Yip, go to any surf club you like and if it's not on, just ask them nicely!

I know what you mean... but actually, not quite.

Still on the to do list are AT LEAST also:

  • Win the Premier's Plate
  • Qualify for a Grand Final
  • Win a Grand Final
  • Make it past the first round of the FFA cup
  • Win the FFA cup

And you can add to that regular season sweeps vs clubs etc. too.

Incredible stamina. No shame. Yellow Fever.

Phoenix fans. We have to win them over one fan at a time.

Rumours on twitter that Broich and Henrique are both out. Yet to hear confirmation yet though.

Big players being out for the opposition never seems to really help us. Broich hasn't been great this year.

Nix 2night Moss Boxall Durante Sig'd Fenton Riera Lia Bone'cia McG'chey Krishna Burns Subs Italiano Doyle Griffiths Hicks Rod'ez #

Lia starting; rewarded for perhaps his best game in a Nix shirt last week. Burns straight back in for J-Griffy-Jr. Lets hope it's not too humid.

Flipping Heck. Over at CCM its still 0-0 v Perth. If it stays like that even if we lose we'll still be top.

CCM have looked the better team for most of the match so far,  Im hoping they can pinch it,  although Perth is coming on stronger now
