Great times watching the Nix these days! I'm 99% confident they'll get the 3 points here being 2 nil up.

Central Coast Mariners are an embarrassment to the league. Feeling sorry for their fans, must be tough watching this every week

The worst A league team since its inception in 2004.

I guess if the owners don't want to spend money on decent imports then that's their prerogative but it's crippling the club. Of this year's crop only Duric has been half decent and all his best games were way back in early season.

The owner only spends 80% of the salary cap

Don't really get why they dont appear to be trying to put CCM to the sword.,Goal difference could determine where we finish. Disappointing  they  appear to be happy to sit at 2-0.

Exactly how I felt.  If we could bang 2 or 3 more in then that could help with the table position.

It's unbelievably tedious. We went from a full attacking thrust near their penalty area then passed it back to halfway within seconds.

However when I think about all those bad years when I would've given my eye teeth for a tedious win....

I turned the boring annoying sound off an hour ago, might turn the visual signal off soon too.

Great goal. And that's how simple football can be. You can play 1000 passes and do nothing with it. But one well timed run and penetrating pass and boom!

Why risk Libby going back on if he's clutching his hammy? Get him off FFS.

The boys look buggered. Probably shows how much match condition you lose with even just one week off.

Got excited by the ladder before realising the next game guarantees we drop a spot.

The  Kersey Show, And on tonight's show, I'll show you how to juggle a red and yellow card as if they are coming out of a popup toaster.

I'm predicting 6 yellow card and 1 red card to the Nix. The red will be to our goalkeeper for sneezing in the direction of the assistant linesman. CCM will get a token gesture yellow card in the 95th minute to show impartiality. Matt Simon will go the entire game without a card, despite the usual Matt Simon performance.

I stand to be proven wrong and probably will be. I'd love the Nix to win 8-2 again but cannot see it with this guy in charge.

how'd the yellow card count work out for you......hhhmmmmmmmm

Missed the game due to family duties so I thought I would find a quick summary to read through.

Pretty easy win. Got to 2-0 and then just sat back, not looking to expend any unnecessary energy before a busy week.

Not a pretty watch, but very good game management I thought. Take the 3 points, avoid the banana-skin and move on to Sydney and Melbourne without too much collateral damage. Although in saying that I was a bit nervous about Cacace clutching at his hammy at the back-end there.

Better to have the points than a game in hand.
