That is just lack of awareness / experience from Hudson-Wihongi and McGing, there was unfortunately some ball-watching there.

So glad there is no VAR in this game. The game has ticked on nicely with anything vaguely questionable forgotten within seconds. We'd have had 15 minutes of twiddling our thumbs waiting for lottery decisions by now.
