Picking:

                Moss

Fenton Dura Siggy Caira

   Hicks    Manny    Lia

               Carlos

      Brockie    Waffles

Iffy & Kenny to get time off the bench.

seems to be the most logical choice - I just hope that the front three put some pressue on the keeper and score some goals, I'd still prefer Reira instead of Lia but I can't see it happening.

Probably right there with Riera, Ifill and Cunningham on the pine alongside Italiano (should've kept Spoonley) & Boxall.

I think Bertos will be on the bench. I hope Fentons positional woes are behind him after hopefully being worked on significantly over the last fortnight. He looks to have the right skill set but so far has had a couple of shockers and will almost certainly be targeted again.

What we do up front is the real issue that needs to be resolved though. Still no real indication what the best front 3 or 4 players are or how we intend to create goals. Needs to be sorted as soon as possible.

The thought of ADP runing at Louie scares me a bit, which is why I would have Manny at RB

I would be very very very surprised if it is the real Pav. Just some 10 year old kid who thinks he's being funny. Don't jump to conclusions guys, Mirjan is probably a reasonably decent human being, unlike this troll.

Its an internet forum. Since when has logic ever come into it.

Its probably someone like Stu Hogg or some other angry little dwarf.

That's kinda what I am picking.

The one I feel sorry for is Ernie. He really has had a shit opening start to the season with an unsettled line up through internationals along with 'home games' on the road. A 3rd of the season gone and now things will settle down for him to a simple home and away draw (and 1 in Auckland)

He will stand in the middle of the park for the full 90m again. Manny will be right besides him all game, hopefully keeping him quiet.

He's not fast enough to cause me concern is this regard. Its the quicker guys who have got in behind him that have caused him problems so far. I don't really want Manny out of the midfield, I think he is playing pretty well there at the moment, and incidentally is going to have much more impact on ADP than at right back.

Ah... Yeah I was channel a post from Ryans Rovers in the tipping thread that had this round as the end of the first league (of 3).

Bad maths on my part. Daft Vader strikes again. Cheers for correcting.

Haha, no worries JV. I was just shocked that a third of the season had gone and I'd only been to one game so far :)

Ernie will probably be more concerned about fans being patient as he works the jigsaw out. Think that lineup is spot on. Still think Cunningham will have a lot to offer, despite being hammered a bit on this forum.

Historically to The Fox & Lion in the Fox Studios "precinct", horrible place imo but each to there own.
It's on the other side of the SCG to Allianz Stadium (SFS) & you can get a bus up there from central (free I think with a pre-bought ticket).

Sydney, January 2013. Ricky Herberts halftime talk, a second before he kicked the bottle on the floor. Phoenix 5 down. I guess he is blaming the players not following his tactics.

By now the "Spectators" also is proving to be a reliable spot for us in Christchurch. Easy to park and walk in, good front-row couches, burger and chips option cheap and good quality. As a plus the beer choice is good.

Actually, getting outplayed quite a bit these days
