Had a horrible feeling about this game and was not gonna watch it, but I did and so happy for the win. Bring on Roarnix!

Better acting than anything on sharkland Street. Was way more convincing.

Don't forget, we had a goal disallowed too. This game could have been a banana peel for us but the team stayed strong. Disappointing crowd numbers but hopefully next week, there'll be heaps. There was really nothing in it. Mandi pretty much started the 'incident' with pushing the Mariners dude, who sent a soft hand back which maybe touched Mandi's face. I actually thought it was unfortunate for them that their guy got carded but Mandi who started it didn't. 

On the substantive point, hell yea! Showing some consistency, three games in a row now, that's scary.

Is there some youtube wizard out there would could make a season compilation of Taylor annoying keepers at set pieces or corners? Its my favourite part of his fantastic game

Haha OK that was beyond soft as hell.  Less outraged than I was at the game then. 

Did you see the refs were protesting our coach by covering respect on their sleeves.  Seems like a mature thing to do when you are supposed to officiate a match, protest one fo the playing teams. 

T be fair I usually feel like the rub of the green goes against us, for once the refs were letting us know in advance.

Happy with the win but Central Coast are pretty shark. It was easy to dominate them in midfield and I don't think we will do that to too many teams this season. We have a bit of momentum and Brisbane aren't great so hopefully three points next week and we are well in the playoff race.

It is hard to play well against a team that are not playing well (c.f. how well we played against Sydney last week). The team did really well do keep up a pretty good standard against CCM.

That covering up the respect thing should be investigated.

Did they do that to Brosque flopping in the box?

If they reward players like Fenton who don't go down on contact this doesn't happen.

We stayed on our feet. Nothing. Hand in the face, go down, yellow card. Result.

I didn't see the Perth game but from reports, didn't we dominate their midfield for at least most of the game? We absolutely destroyed Sydney's midfield in the first half last week. Not sure if saying that we won't dominate many teams in the middle of the park is fair given the last three games.

Mandi looks to be a fantastic pick up. If he wasn't most likely the most immobile outfield player in the A-League he'd be playing La Liga rather than playing for us.

I think Mandi is getting fitter. Our season could ride on his fitness, he is a class act. Let's hope Rudan whips him into shape asap

The refs are doing the same thing Rudan did. Moan in public about something a higher authority did that they disagree with. 

Refs don't do irony much, it seems. 

Yeah, I dont think Mandi's quality on the ball is appreciated as much as it should be

He must feel more confident now, as otherwise he'd not try his acting skills by falling down after a minor push.

That was rather embarrassing. I know the refs are inconsistent and easily fooled is this league, but that kind of acting is not going to bring us any favours from the officals. 

I'm excited to see how well Fenton is playing, seems like he has a new lease of life under Rudan. Especially good after those nasty injuries.
