That's the thing though, its up to the manager to identify this and then either change formation or leave the player out. We are getting to the point where the season is a write off and the formation stays the same. Its frustrating.

Good goals, absolutely piss poor defending, not even trying to close him down. Too much time and fudge all pressure being applied! No one looks like they want to be there, too easy to read going forward, no commitment or energy at the back.
