If I had Terry's ear, I would be telling him to start looking around for a new manager.

I've watched Ricki sit on the sidelines for two seasons and one game, and do absolutely nothing.

I don't care if he's got a Uefa A license, it doesn't make him a good manager.
It just seems like he's just scared of losing, and that's the only thing that occupies his mind.

How about some ambition, bravery, and innovation?

What are you playing at only taking two strikers with you? Especially when one of them isn't match fit, and has played in midfield for the last two years.
