I can't believe this topic has gone 4 pages without mention of the original 'splitters' - Yellow Fury.

The fury were never splitters, merely the militant wing of the fever - currently decomissioned...

Yellow Fury. An off-the-books experiment, a small group of operatives working within the law, but outside the chain of command. They did the things that needed to be done..
