To all season pass holders thanks for your understanding as you wait for your passes to arrive.

Rest assured all season pass holders will get to go to the game on Sunday. I will issue an update to all tomorrow afternoon explaining the process if your pass has not arrived by Friday night.

However I am confident that all will be delivered bar those who have signed since July 31 as Ticketek have advised that their pass will not arrive in time.  Ticketek will  contact these members individually and explain where and how to get your game ticket. Unfortunately we cannot control this.

For those who have received their season pass your gift pack is ready to be picked up at the store. This was done so we did not have to wait for the packs to be collated and sent with the passes. Unfortunately the processing and bar coding took longer than we had hoped and we apologise for this.

Speaking to a few clubs yesterday some of the season passes are arriving this week as well.

I thank you all for understanding

Thats a relief, as someone who works up until just before kickoff, that season pass is essential to getting into the ground on time, queueing for a paper ticket just wasn't an option for me.

The update is appreciated but why has this happened again?

Last season, despite ordering my season pass in June I didn't receive my pass until the 3rd home game. 3 Games of going to pick up the tickets from Ticketek. Not really good enough.

This season I was overcharged and still haven't received my pass, despite renewing in June. Same address, same person. When I was eventually contacted regarding my overcharging I had the pleasure of conversing with a very snarky representative who insinuated that everything had been my fault. All I did was renew my ticket!

I had really hoped that last seasons issues had been ironed out. Obviously not.

I am hoping to receive my pass this week, however I am not expecting it.

How's it going with the update Tony?

By my calculations, by now we should know what the process of obtaining paper passes to Sunday's game will be if when we get home from work we find, to our astonishment, that
our season ticket/s have not arrived.

Does anyone know what Plan B is yet?  And will we need proof of purchase and what type of ID
will be required if we do need to pick up paper passes this weekend.

Plus will these paper passes become collector's items in 10 years?

Probably not as they will still be issuing them in 10 years time becasue the season ticket issue still wont be resolved.

Its no longer a problem.

For those who have not received their passes you will need to go to the Phoenix store or any Ticketek outlet and quote account number, phone number or credit card used to purchase membership.

They will then print a hard ticket for Sunday, the seat will be your actual allocated membership seat.  Ticketek should have also called those who have purchased their season pass post July 31 and explained what is required.

Best of luck passless peeps I hope it all goes well.

If we were in this position it would be interesting as we requested 6 passes under 4 different addresses and phone numbers when booking.  When they turned up they all had the same name on them and all sent to the same address.  Quoting the phone number or credit card would have been random to say the least.........

Well saturday night and still no season pass and I definitely wasn't after 31 July. Just went to the store to buy something, other people in there saying no ticket had arrived. Ticketek took the money weeks ago (plus an extra $900+ charged for tickets I never ordered) so that is no excuse.

Seriously, why do the club stick with Ticketek?

Stll waiting for mine, and I only ordered one, and that was in mid June.

Shambles.

So...

After I waited all week for my season pass to arrive, of course it never did.

So after reading this thread I went down to the Phoenix store to pick up my paper ticket. After waiting 40 f**king minutes in the line there they told me they couldn't help me. So I wandered down to the Ticketek office. Luckily only had to wait a few minutes there but then the rude b*tch told me she couldn't help me and I had to just get them on the concourse before the game. Its fair to say I was furious by the time I finally got into the game.

All in all a massive waste of my f**king afternoon and I was an hour late to the free drinks a client from work was putting on.

What a f**king shambles, I ordered my season pas over 2 months ago. Ticketek are a joke. If the club uses them again next year I'm seriously going to reconsider getting a season pass. I don't see the point in having one when I've still gotta go through this sh*t.

Still fuming,
The wizard.

I just walked through. My season ticket was around my neck, but beneath my jacket, and they just waved me through.
I kind of wonder if I wasted $225 now...

I suspect that future games will be scanned and it was just the opening game for which there was not enough time to 'programme' in the bar codes to work at the point of entry.

Which is interesting because wasn't there a post from Tony P saying that one of the reasons for the delay is that they were testing each of the passes to ensure that they worked on the turnstiles......?

Not broken, just forgot to turn them on. To busy stopping banners from coming into the ground.

what a shambles, wurely the stadium can do better than this, along with ticketek they have known this season was coming for months now. Where was the prop and the foresight to have backup plan, essentially without scanning the tickets people could have walked up with last yrs pass and gotten in!

f**k up after f**k up, unbelievable, add in the banner issues and the way the core of tghe YF has been spread out over twon aisles and devided by people who are siiting and aren't singing, it really tarnishes the joy I get having a local pro club to support

You know we belong together...

And it rained on sunday! Lets blame ticketek and the stadium for that too!

I've now got my season ticket and I've gone in and got my members pack from the shop.

Thought the track pants at the shop with "Rise as one!" written down the front were a bit rude until I figured out they were female trackies.

They waved my season pass through without even looking.

My girlfriends paper ticket on the other hand they inspected with a fine tooth comb.

Just wondering what this is all about....am unaware of any changes to FZ re sitting and standing. FZ has been enlarged to accomodate more people but no sitting and standing areas. The FZ is allocated seating though so tickets will be checked for that.

If you want to be in the FZ, please but a ticket for the zone. It will certainly make everyone's day more enjoyable if I don't have to keep moving people out of the zone because they don't have the right ticket..please......

Non singing people that make our noise sound sh*t? There must be some quantum physics at play there.
