dont get me wrong here lads but $180 is cheap for a phoenix fanatic
like myself..but how many people are there like us in wgtn?
teams like man utd, chelsea etc can charge rediculous prices because
there is excess demand for tickets.the phoenix on the other hand are
new and the demand is not there yet.

Not relevant at all.
I've only been here a few months and before that I was a season ticket holder for too many years I'd care to mention, with the club in the UK I have supported man and boy.
That club has been in a number of divisions and it's crowds have gone up and down over the years. 99% of the time I could have got a ticket for any of their matches on an ad-hoc basis if I'd wanted and didn't need a season ticket. Sell-outs have been few and far between, but I still paid approx $1200 for a single adult S/T at a goal-end of the ground.
However, for the majority of football fans, buying a season ticket is not about having guaranteed tickets. Let's leave that for the rich clubs at the top of the PL - those that are more concerned with their brand than their fan base. For most of us, we buy season tickets as a sign of loyalty and support. It's an up front commitment saying "whatever happens this season, the club can rely on my gate money and attendance!".
I'm not a customer, I'm a fan, and as a season ticket holder, I expect that loyalty to be recognised, but if even if they just want to treat me like any old customer, despite the hundreds of dollars I've committed to in season tickets, then the least they could do is give me an element of customer service.
