This issue needs the top managements urgent attention. I like many fans bought tickets early to support the club but I have been unable to get my actual ticket sorted out. Having paid money over in the first few days of sales I now find other people have theirs when they bought them later. Again like many fans I have a demanding job particularl;y in time demands and waiting for calls back to sort this out is not on. I have not yet succeeded in talking to a live person!

We need the Phoenix to be a class act off the pitch as well as on it. I am sure Terry would not run his property business at this level of customer disquiet.Orpewise2007-08-04 09:44:45

All I have for my Phoenix Lounge passes is a Ticketek receipt, no promised call, so emailed Phoenix and they replied Ticketek extremely busy and I should have a call by1st week of August.
No call, o well Monday is phone call day if I can find someone who knows whats happening

What I did in the end was ring the ticketek main line (call centre in Akld I think), and after me moaning about noone calling they gave me the wellington michael fowler centre ticketek office number (not in phonebook I don't think).  I was put onto a girl Vienna (who at that stage was the only person dealing with Phoenix memberships) and she sorted out my seat allocation. So recommend giving that a go

Yup...I paid 40 for an obstructed view in the East Stand at Spurs Vs Chelsea about a decade ago ago...stopped me seeing Chelsea's 5th goal going in
Student concessions for Tertiary...does that extend to nippers as well?

It was the Fowler Centre Ticketek I made my purchase the attendent had to ring her superviser to find out how to sell them. She was advised by the superviser to give me a receipt and the superviser would ring me.   Stll waiting.

That was the same lassie I spoke to re my seat, se called me  a day or two after I had ordered my membership - it's seems that ticketek have the sum total of 1 person dealing with Phoenix memberships, might take a bit of time to get through the 700+ or whatever it is at the moment.

We bought three season tickets yesterday from Michael Fowler Ticketek and the girl there said the membership packages would be sent out from tomorrow (Monday) onwards - they would want to get cracking!  She didn't really seem to have much idea of what she was doing, so I hope we get what we asked for.

Contact phone number for Vienna is 04 3842347

She is actually the stadium membership co-ordinator but seems to have ended up with the job of dealing with the memberships 'cos no one else at Ticketek seems to be doing it. She is very nice and very helpful so if you do call her please be nice to her - it's not her fault things are chaos.

I also suggest that you email the Phoenix to let them know that you have been having problems - the only way they will know that the problems are continuing is if we keep telling them!

Vienna advised me that the membership packs would be out before the first game....let's hope so!

I'll second that - she couldn't have been more friendly and helpful when I called.

A big 'Thank you Vienna' banner for the 26th perhaps!

Hi folks, I got a call from Vienna on 3 July the day after ordering my Gold Membership on halfway line!.  Vienna is lovely, very helpful and friendly! A big  for Vienna.  I will be down in the Fever zone in spirit on matchdays!   You guys were awesome against Sydney!!! Alas my boozy days are over or I'd join you at the Backbencher too. Haven't got my Retro Ricki T shirt yet though! Its more like a quiet chadonnay or a nice red once in a while for me these days.  But hey I make up for it around the house and drive my non sporting partner bonkers with my singing and chanting!!!!!

I ordered my season ticket about two weeks ago and still nothing heard. I'll give it till next Monday and see what happens from there.

Anyone know what the ticketing will be like for the game this Friday night? 10th? It'll be a big weekend... Football Friday, Union Saturday, and opening day of the Premiership Saturday night so a man has to vege in front of the Sky box to watch all of those games.

Ticketek seem to be getting their act together. Paid for my tickets yesterday and got a phone call back from them this morning.

Tickets should be in the mail in 7-10 days. Sweet!

Good to see that Ticketek are moving. Spoke to the Regional Manager who made sure things happened. Hopefully we can now see some more members getting onboard.  Please keep me informed if things start to slow down again.

Went to Stadium early yesterday and dicussed delayed tickets/ call with the young lady at the membership outlet. She sorted my pass problem quickly and advised lounge passes are to be print and mailed soon. Blew2007-08-11 19:43:34

quote in the DomPost from the WP CE that the Ticketek problems were sorted, but season ticket sales were below expectations ..... I'll probably go down Michael Fowler Centre outlet and pick up a season ticket in person next week

If sales are below expectation how would we have ever been able to get to the first game if Tickitek could not handle the few that have bought early.

The delays and poor knowledge on how to sell the passes must be addressed. On the first day of release they did not even know they were selling them, advising people to go to ticketmaster. Late afternoon they had found out they were selling the ticketsbut did not know how.

Yellow Fever did a better job with the FEVER CARD.

Agreed, maybe season pass allocation responsibilities should be handed over to YF?

So let me get this right if i drag my slack arse down to ticketec  at the M.Fowler centre today i will be able to buy a season ticket over the counter ?

The answer to life's problems are rarely found at the bottom of a beer glass - but it's always worth a look.

No worries, all you have to do is buy tickets for Aisle 21/22.

you'd have to think they'd get it sorted, either that or they've got very good lawyers

how's this for a conspiracy theory : NZRFU slipped them one day's worth of Beckham's wages to make a pig's ear of it

must be a few Wellington posties wondering why there's so many wild eyed madmen staring at them as they come up the road these days
