I have no problem with rugby clubs using football club with rugby before the football. But love it when they don't have rugby in the club name "Wellington football club" my favourite

Carlos & Kenny must be feeling right at home here.

I would definetly attend Tee Dubs games if the Phoenix didn't exist.

That's OK we didn't want that fifth international slot filled anyway.

If our coach does something which puzzles us, we always give him the benefit of the doubt. He's a professional and he knows what he's doing, while we are humbly aware of being nothing more than corn-chip-munching drunken yahoos on an internet forum.

Actually, New Zealand exports more professional players than it imports.

My missus reckons a Phoenix game in Napier is a stupid idea. She loves it when I drive 600km+ round trips to watch football!!!

Lets hope more Wellington football supporters turn out for TW this coming season because the team's shaping up for a decent challenge for honours it seems. Come on YF, there should be 500+ at each home game. It would be good for the ASBP to see TW resurrected. See you for the visit of mighty ACFC on Nov 10.

Chin up Jerzy, it's down to us to continue smiting the wicked and defending the noble.

The ACFC support is a wide and varied spectrum.

Hilarity & vitality is the province of the circus. I prefer angst-ridden and semi-comatose. Which is why I follow NZ football.

I wasn't meaning anything untoward or snarky. I actually thought Jerzy and BM are both ACFC kin. Maybe I have it wrong.
