He's injury cover for Lia so is already outside of the cap. Plus, there are certain criteria a marquee must meet, Muscat wouldn't be anywhere near meeting the important ones.

I can't believe Santalab signed with North QLand!!! I mean, why not coming here, we will be at our 3rd season next year, with the bulk of a decent squad. why would you want to risk to waste a year or two of your career?

i'm gutted, I was really hoping we'd sign him
