i realise that having both fullbacks out with the AWs might warrant a change of formation,

but under ideal circumstances I'd like to see us make that change with Ricky on the sideline to monitor how it's looking - to either switch back to 4-4-1-1 etc if necessary, or to know from watching that shape that it's a viable option for future games

seems quite a big change to make with the head coach/manager not present
