You lot are suggesting McDonald's as an improvement to the current stadium food?
I think you've had too many warm Tui's.

Incredible stamina. No shame. Yellow Fever.
$15.50 for that is absolute day light robbery and they should be ashamed of themselves for charging that or even trying to justify charging that. I would have gotten to $8 and still gone 'that's day light robbery'.
I get they need to make a wedge but making a wedge and taking the piss is two different things. You sell 4 of those in 10 mins (what was it, $2.53 to make?), you've paid your labour for the hour for the entire team of 4 and product costs.
McShit would be a massive upgrade both in product and price. If I had a choice of $15.50 or a Big Mac combo, that Big Mac combo would win every single time and I suspect it would with everyone else as well.
Grumpy old bastard alert

Value at &15.50 - what do u say
I'd say you paid $10 too much. Perhaps that covered the carton?
The price is one thing, but I actually feel ill looking at it.... The carton probably has more nutritional value, the bread roll is probably stale, the cheese will be hard and god only knows what sweeping from the abbatoir floor have gone into that Frankfurter.

Sad thing is that it would be.
Except Fritz's weiners, I love Fritz and his sausage.
Like ACFC being a team of imports? Some times cheap shots are not so cheap when they are correct :o)

Make sense? I hope not :o)

It's become obvious after the loss at Newcastle that this is the only thread addressing the important issues.
Oi Oi Edgecumbe... lets have a clean sheet
Does Smithy love the cock?

Incredible stamina. No shame. Yellow Fever.
Rumour has it that a stadium burger was sent to ESR for testing. They also said that they had discovered 3 new elements that were not previously on the Periodic Table.
Actually had a burger for the first time in a long time at the last home game (which feels like ages ago again...), and enjoyed it.
When did you last have one LG?
We are getting closer to the new bar area opening up. I wonder if there is an official date for it yet.

I wonder if they'll be selling specialty beers, ... like Tui Blond

Last season, how many drinks had you had prior to the consumption? How did your stomach react after consumption?

I can appreciate your comments. If I was starving I might weaken but the SA sauages do me fine.

April 18 expected date for the new bar opening - Hurricanes vs Blues rugby game.

Is quite tempting.
Though going to AFL following week so might just do it then

They are German....not South African
They're still yummy. However, I might also take up the challenge and try a burger this sunday and test the waters and yes, if it is good, I will say so.
3pm kick off. I think I'll have lunch beforehand and dinner afterwards at a recognised food supplier. No need to eat at the stadium :)

Daniel Burger with a kids Menu Chocolate Mouse chaser.
$13.00 meal of champions.
....and LG?
Haha yeah have been waiting for the food review with much anticipation.
....and LG?
For my 2 cents worth.
Today I started off with a Fritz Sausage, followed it up with a stadium beef burger which had crisp fresh lettuce, fresh tomato, a bun from a fridge as it was very cold and a kind of meat pattie. Thus far I have had no side effects. I have to say, it was fresh an edible.
2 cents is pretty good value.
