I am sure there are more places we can look besides Brazil..Like
Argentina or Chile or even Africa.

The 'easiest' place on Earth to locate and sign talented
players is Brazil.
The concentration of population, the relatively low living
standards of the 'working class', the Futsal culture and the lack
of other 'major' organised sports - combine in a way that
isn't seen in anywhere else in the world.
Good players in Chile will end up at the biggest clubs, and
will in turn get moves to European clubs. The same for
Africa, the same for Argentina, etc. But in Brazil, even a
highly technically skilled player can end up well off the radar of
the 'big' clubs simply because he has so many contempories with
similar abilities. Once you hit 23 or 24, if you're not on
your way to Europe, the chances are that you'll not leave Brazil
(which is why you get players like Daniel going to Videoton, and
Campos going to Hadjuk - they just want to get into the European
market place before they get too old)... Unless one of the
newly developing football leagues (the US, Australia, the far east)
decides they need an injection of technical skills and flair.
