Got mine on the blower for last nights game, and for the upcoming semi.

Had no problems getting my regular season seats, plus extras for some mates.

Was actually pretty impressed given their track record.

Couldn't get through on the phone and the website said that family tickets were now unavailable (this is 9.15 a.m.) so I'm afraid I will be half pissing on the positiveness of this thread.  However went to New World in Waikanae and sorted in a minute flat.  Usual seats plus 2 next door.  The girl on the counter there was great but mentioned that people had said they can't get through to her on the phone.  This doesn't suprise me as whenever I phone a box office number you seem to just go through to the main call centre.  This girl is just sitting up there twiddling her thumbs when she could be booking tickets.  Anyway to all Kapiti Coasters go to New World because the service is excellent and the poor girl is going to die of boredom.

Must put my usual plug in for the Nix shop, do a good job under sometimes difficult circumstances ...  ... got my 8 tkts there this morning.

I always try to go to the Nix shop if needing extra tkts, since I suspect that as an outlet they are on a commission for tickets sold (like a Lotto shop), although I have yet to confirm this.

A commission on tkts sold through the shop  as a Ticketek outlet would possibly  be one (small) way for the club to make some money on this game????

Im sure thats because family tickets are technically only available tomorrow. The system is a bit of a shambles, but they seem to be better this week than last. cant fix an entire system in a week, but can improve it wherever possible, and theyve done that.

Allegedly

My experience Tegal, box office staff excellent, website a disgrace.  We are talking a multinational company here, I think we just all start from the point of if it is anything less than complete rubbish they are doing a good job, but lets be honest, they're not.

Got our 16 tickets in a very close spot to yesterday, all good from the New World metro desk at the Railway Station. Nice guy there.

My advice would definitely to go to an outlet, they are great there finding good spots for you to sit.

You guess what they're likely to be. There is no throttle/rate limit preventing you doing so.

It's trivial, really.
