So how many fever members do you reckon had their details sent out around the country? What a fiasco.

and it looks like I was one of the unlucky ones who got their information sent out. No apology from Ticketek has yet been forthcoming, but then they have got my season tickets to me late for two seasons so far.

typical ticketek, sure it wasn't too much info, but if they can stuff something that simple up, how can you trust them to get the big stuff right - oh wait you can't

Ticketek = Monumental f**k Up Guaranteed and they'll even charge you an Admin Fee for it as well.
End of story.
Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

In America one could sue these bastards off the face of the earth or until they learnt to do it properly. Perhaps a group class action against them here might work as well.
Suing them might speed up their ability to do the job correctly. Otherwise I strongly suggest the club either do the job themselves or employ a different firm.

Ticketek finally sent out an e mail about three to acknowledge what had happened, and fortunately credit card information wasn't released, but it was a list of names and addresses.
In the mean time I'd cancelled my credit card, as several hours of trying to contact them to find out had been rewarded with a "ring back later" message. Ticketek rang about the earlier error with the tickets but haven't rung about breaching their own privacy policy. I don't get the feeling they think it was important enough.
