yellow fever was brilliant again last night, loved it. got a few
new recruits there and they had a ball.
as for the game we were completely dominant, i thought both
smeltz and royce looked good with there back to the defence,
holding the ball up. daniel and felipe both look good i think, i
like daniel with a roving commission. i really cant c where they
are guna fit tim brown into that lineup. i didnt think we looked as
good coming from the back with vince lia there as we did with
steven old there in the sydney game.
only improvement for yellow fever is on the 26th we have to
leave the bbencher all at once so they can hear us coming down the
concourse. backbencher good, bit full to the point of not moving
maybe they could reconfigure there tables to make a bit more space
but apart from that everything great.
go on the nix! and ill see you all next saturday night

great time at Gate 22; on the pitch I think the 'nix were playing
not to get injured and any long play would be be-devilled by
the swirling wind; but a lot of good short pass play which showed
developing teamwork

great to hear that Ricky and the lads hinting to the 'new'
footbal fans that the game (and the atmosphere) is about the
fans' noise as well as the players efforts
hopefully, it'll help us fire it up, and help some of the
newer fans realise that they should join in with the
chanting

i think too many chants went to the stewards and that photographer,
are we not a PHOENIX fans club?? I know its all in good fun and yea
some chants against the stadium officials are needed and funny but
i think come league time we need to keep most of the chants to
help lift our team and make it "scary/hostile" for the other
teams, otherwise there is really no point in chanting.
