Ive been down in Christchurch the last couple of days and my cousins and uncles are all buzzing about it! They think its going to be awesome as they watch all of their games on telly and never get to see them play live! So at least someone is going to be happy out of all of this.

We are doing the road trip. Yes really. Even a Punto, with four people in it, can get to Palmerston North (given time)!! 
As for CHCH Bill (despite his wrist being in plaster)* is sorting out / planning the logistics for that as I write. Just cos we don't have a date and time yet doesn't mean we can't plan... (badly)...

Might be able to make it up for the Plamy game, Doubtfull for the ChCh game. Games on Saturday is good, but am hopfull that that doesn't mean we fill our quota of saturday games or something and there is bugger all at the staduim. Last year we had three??

FMG Stadium holds 10000-15000 I think? Not the flashest of places but for one game it should be fine.

I don't like the idea of The Wellington Phoenix, having 2 extra away games, but I have noticed from the start that we have a lotta support in Christchurch & I'm sure there are a few in Palmy although generally they keep quiet.
But if the stadium is closed for the propagation of grass, who are we to object, let just look for a silver lining, enlisting new supporters and keeping it away from the Jafa's.

Note though, there are a number of games on the move from other clubs as well. Sydney for instace play at the SCG and Parramatta.
