I thought Walmsley ruled out spending more than the cap minimum until the new TV deal is announced, so Okon won't have any money to play with.

Is this in reference to me saying that the Mariners are actually spending money now? I was referring to Charlesworth paying out the last two coaches and hiring two new ones (probably on more money).

Yeah Charlesworth not Warmsley sorry, to be fair I think he's been spending money, just not on the squad. Rumors have it that the Mariners were 10 million in the red when he took full control over the team so it takes time to get out of a hole like that.
