listening to banter about what I thinks was first goal when wynne crossed to Noah. In contract to your chat I remember thinking at the time that NB was bloody lucky that wynne perfecting threaded it though the small channel as NB did not make any run ie drag defender away and get near or pull back for cut back. Want great striking more good chance IMO

I love to have a little info about when you talk about games/rounds. eg 1-10,min NZ 11-25min Group A, 26-35 Group B etc.

Say hello to Episode 5 of ‪#‎TheKids‬ are All White, out now athttp://yellowfever.co.nz/podcasts and on iTunes. The pod celebrate the Junior All Whites qualification to the Round of 16, but are apprehensive about our chances against Portugal in Hamilton. There's also a wrap up of the final group stage matches, as well as predictions of who will win the Round of 16 matches (all of which will surely be proven wrong very soon).

So I wasn't entirely wrong. But one of Stendera and Mukhtar will probably score a couple more.

Interesting that you ignored how comfortably Serbia dealt with Mali in the group stage.

You know we belong together...

It was nothing more than us completely forgetting that they'd already played.

I wonder if there is a stat for all the goals Silva missed, because there were a heck of a lot....ultimately has cost Portugal a place in the semi finals

Comparing a game of football to a sine wave!!!! Pulsatingly extraordinary! Way to go out on a tangent for that metaphor.

For the final episode, you may want to do a recap on which players impressed you most?

And maybe a team-by-team review?

This podcast is going well ...

I was the one who kept my mouth shut when you said that the game was like a sine wave and had large flat periods and then came alive, given that a sine wave isn't flat at any point.

POTT for me was the no.10 for Portugal. Small lad but balanced, good with both feet, involved in everything, defended well for size and position. Just a joy to watch. Next best would have to be Billy T.
I have an amazing ability to find my way out of mazes. I'm pathological.
