He did say it before the game though - And I do feel like we did have a few players out and players who may not be playing in those spots this coming season.

I wish we had tried Diego at DM at some point of this preseason because if he can defend, he could be a good way to help us build from the back

I cannot watch it here as it is geoblocked, bloody stupid to block a highlights clip!

If you are desperate and want to catch some of the game, there are a few clips in the a-league preview video either part 1 or 2. (not the one with les and fozz at the cafe)

When they went to their new player, I sent them an email asking them to lift the Geo block for NZ which they say they did, it does rear its head every now and then, but sometimes you can get past it by watching a different video first.

Seems to be video based rather than a blanket block.

Highlights are pretty uninteresting, anyway. Mariners had a couple of very good chances but apart from that it was all half-chances at best

I just wanted to see the away strip in action.

they would have looked funky without a sponsor I think
