If our back four play like they have then we are in with a big chance.
I will be watching the Nix and at half time I may flick over to get the score-but I don't really care.I'm sure the result is a foregone conclusion.

If you are old and wise you were probably young and stupid

If we are going to pretend its a derby, can we at least have a name for it?

Bozza's rug called it the "Distance Derby" on Fox Sports the other night. Which I guess is better than the Non Derby.

+1 Fired up and pissed a little. FFA here's your stupid badgeFor putting the nix on at the same time as the W/C final. One of the events you held the start of the season up for in the first place. thank you Mysky

The delayed season start was to avoid the usual clash with the NRL and AFL playoffs - nothing to do with the egg-chasers.

If Australia were in the final you can bet they would have changed the time of the game.    It's disappointing. Quite frankly I've had a guttsful of rugby. But it will still go on with the parades and other bs.

Doubt it will rain today, fine today. Will be interesting how the pitch is though, Meatloaf player there last night and there was a concert stage on our pitch the whole week (blame the FFA for ignoring stadium booking dates).

The Clayton's Derby.

(the derby you have when you're not having a derby. Don't expect you young ones to know anything about this.)

Went and watched the team train on Saturday, Downey had to pull out after approximately 30mins with a knee injury. Tried to talk to him but he didn't want to know.
Warner looked the better of the two keeps during training, so I wouldn't be suprised if he got the starting spot over Paston.
Had a talk to Sigmund, Bertos, Warner and the conditioning coach ( couldn't remember his name). They all complained about the amount of flies that want to get up your nose, into your mouth, eyes and ears.
I was given the ok to jump onto the bus and remind the players just how important it was to win against Perth. Why? because I have to work with a bloody Glory supporter who won't sutup if the Glory win.
I finished by singing "Oh Wellington is wonderful".
Thanked Ricki then left.

This may have been covered, but does anyone know if Four Kings are giving us use of that downstairs corner like the GC game?
