Great work by Matt, especially the cards, I'm well impressed with how YF has formed, but like the footie team I support, I'm fussy about what I drink.  Anybody know what's going to be on tap at the underground bar?  Historically it's been the sort of stuff a only a league fan could drink.

Iv had a request for Guinness cans, waht else would you like in the fridge?

Hey I used to work there, was once called 'Pinball Arcade' and was a video game arcade right? Now a gaming lounge/underground bar, once called the Underground and had that huge head with a mo over the door.

Yeah?

Can I suggest Gisborne Gold from Sunshine Brewery.
Owner, Geoff Logan is a very big supporter of Football, and his beers already have a presence and distribution in Wellington. I am sure he would be more than happy to do a deal with Yellow Fever and the Fever Lounge.
Contact details as follows:
Sunshine Brewery
Geoff Logan
109 Disraeli Street, Gisborne

Any non-alcoholic drinks to be had? Foxton Fizz? LnP? What welly drinks are there? I'd say Bennet's beer too but Mr. Bennet's a whore. How about Tuatara beers and the like?

ooh, Ging that's a top idea. That gets my vote too.

The more Emersons the better. problem is alot of people shy away when they see the price. Supermarkets sell emersons for nearly what it costs pubs to buy it.

Sounds like everything's sorted now for home and away venues. Cool.  Looking forward to seeing football, in a football pub, with football fans, in WELLINGTON!!  Never thought it would happen.

Hey guys! Looks like I'll be on my own tonight, u IT blokes will treat a lady *cough* ok tho right? I may know some of you, I go by the name of Blue, Alex or Al - once attended Natcoll and Vic Uni, am now a Flash Developer for Instinct in Welly. Don't have sky, so have to go to a bar anyways - you blokes won't mind me tagging along eh?

If you know me, pls PM me so we can meet up. Otherwise I'm the sober chick at the back trying to watch the game - feel free to say hi.

PS
I'm a sissy - any non-alcoholic drinks to be had? U can get Foxton Fizz from the dairy across from the underground (Kwik-E Mart) although I dunno if we can bring our own drinks in... Can someone official buy a couple o lemon/creaming sodas, bring them in and then let me buy them? Ta!

this sounds brilliant, cant wait to get back up from dunedin to this, though i guess by November we will be in the new bar where the lab was. Just to throw it out there, irn-bru would be a great addition, and maybe some tennants supers, 10%, and its pretty much distilled meths marketed as beer. Go on the nix

It's not too bad sizewise, probably bigger than the back bar at the BB,  but it's going to be cozy.

Just a thought - if you  want more free easy to obtain yellowness for the Fever Lounge, there are daffodil day balloons all over the city - I'm sure they won't mind if we borrow a few after 5pm ;)

When I saw them selling daffodils and yellow balloons all down Lambton Quay I couldn't resist getting one to add a bit of extra yellow to my getup :P
