it is well documented in other areas of the YF website about the differences we have made to the social fabric of New Zealand.

However, our political power is growing and the well heeled politicians in the beehive our taking notice. The visa mess will be sorted as long as we keep beating the YF drum, but now our friends who supply tickets to the Ring of Fire are about to be investigated by the Commerce Commission and their ludricous 'booking fee'.

At the (Thai Airways) All Whites game, it was a $6 booking fee at the railway station and $2 at the stadium.

Crazy!!!!

We need to nominate someone to represent us at the Beehive and stand as an MP...

You only need 100 registered voting members to form a political party. . .  With MMP, who knows, we could get the 5% threshold. Then we'd get more than one seat in parliament! lol

I'll lead the party. I've been interested in politics for a while.

I look forward to the unveiling of the puppets of frankie mac and the loyal gunner at the BB in 08.

Is the enough room on the wall for them???

Or everyone could move to one area and we get in via an electorate vote :)

realistically, we'd need a lot more than 4,000, unless we moved to a tiny seat.

You want to be careful mate, you'll have the fuzz breaking through your window at 2am if you use terms like "radical views"

Well if they pass the electoral bill we'll all have register politically just to voice our opinions like this.

I don't think at the last election Winston was actually elected in Tauranga ,im sure he came in on the list and Bob the builder won the the electorate by a handsome majority !

The answer to life's problems are rarely found at the bottom of a beer glass - but it's always worth a look.

Maybe I should change my electorate back?

"VOTE FOR ROBB! He no longer lives here, and has gone on record to say Wellington is a far better place, but at least he takes a stand where it counts - on the football field!"

You were just saying the best thing you ever did was come here, maybe the second best is going back?

Going back = No A-League, no All Whites, and only one NZFC match a year and it's Waikato FC! I like it here thanks  If John Howard can commute to the capital from Sydney, then I can commute from the capital to Tauranga. Except I'm only half Australian, and less of a dickhead.

Bet Winston Peters spent bugger all of his time in Tauranga when he was their MP.

Did you say puppets, or muppets?

Incredible stamina. No shame. Yellow Fever.
