As a valued Wellington Phoenix Football Club Member, we would like to invite you to the 2013 Club Members meeting.

This meeting will include an overview of the Club, an outline of the 2013/14 Hyundai A-League season, and will be attended by Head Coach Ernie Merrick and Assistant Coach Chris Greenacre.

Date: Thursday 15 August, 6.30pm.

Venue (in person): Top floor of The Grand, Courtenay Place, Wellington.

Online: Livestreamed through www.wellingtonphoenix.com. A password will be emailed to you on RSVP of your attendance in this manner.

There will be time for questions during the meeting, which you can post on our Facebook or Twitter page (using @WgtnPhoenixFC and #ClubMtg13).

Please register your attendance in person or online by clicking here by Tuesday 13 August, 2013. You will need to notify whether you attend in person or online.

If you have not purchased your Club Membership for the 2013/14 season, we still welcome your attendance and are able to renew your membership at the event.

We look forward to seeing you on the 15 August.

So based on the discussion in the #4k4nix thread there must be about 200 club members i.e. the difference between the club's "membership" numbers and Yellow Fever's "season ticket" numbers (as per red phallus).

Hopefully that 200 are people with only Club Memberships. Those that have both a season pass & membership shouldn't be counted twice.

Back on topic, it does say "If you have not purchased your Club Membership for the 2013/14 season, we still welcome your attendance and are able to renew your membership at the event.", so I'm sure every one is still welcome to attend.

I will be stuck at work, so can't even watch the spam bots flood the hash tag again as the night goes on.

I don't particularly care except that they refer to season ticket holders as "Members" in their own promo stuff e.g. In The Nix: "We’ve made a solid start in our drive to see 4000 Members in the Wellington Phoenix for the 2013/14 season". So there seems to be a subtle difference between being a Member and a Club Member. A bit confusing. Would be better if it was just "season ticket holders" and "members" and you can be one or both.

Could be simply put: 2 types of members.

Season Members.

Club Members.
