I've always thought Siggy played a better RB than a CB. So when he has a shot at LB it could be a blessing.

He won't be playing left though. Disco troy will.
I've heard Ben say himself that he's no good on his left side and not technical enough.

This may be more of a test of Hearfield than Sigmund...

Have faith in Super Troy.

Forgive me if this has been covered but I was assuming that Tim Brown would be suspended after his fifth yellow against NQF, but heard during the Adelaide v Perth game that the FFA have changed this to eight yellows before suspensions. So is Brown still available?

Correct. One header and it opens up and we'll be a sub down for most of the match. One match out perhaps?
Super-thick lucky head bandage and he'll be sweet.

The cut is below his eye, meaning a super thick head bandage will blind the guy. Two cut outs for the eyes....this will look cool!!! Will guarantee the win

Hmm.  Dadi fully bandaged up - he'll look like a mummy!

This.

Is it one game or two games suspended when you reach 8 yellows?

EDIT: And in the playoffs all yellows are wiped aren't they?

At this stage you need to have 8 yellows to cop a one match ban. Unsure if that means the next threshold (11 cards) would mean 2 or 3 games though. It's normally 3 but may have changed after Rnd 21.

Cards are wiped after last round but suspensions aren't. So if you get your 8th card in the last round, you sit out the first finals game.

On the Miles and Yatesy show yesterday Dadi said he is fit to play Perth and really is fired up to play, he had 21 stitches, but has put his hand up to play.

Awesome photo, maybe you could photoshop a Zorro mask on to Dadi's face?

You know we belong together...

You're forgetting our away game against Newcastle Egan,
hot as hell but it was Newcastle that wilted.

None-the-less, happy birthday Egan, I hope missing out on 3 points doesn't
ruin it for you.

If only he supported Ipsiwch...

I'm very sorry.  A low blow if ever there was one.

They've probably lost about the same amount actually.

anyone know which players travelled?
I thought 17 people would be but maybe just last weeks squad minus Lochhead plus Greenacre and Daniel?

Phoenix (probable: Liam Reddy, Ben Sigmund, Andrew Durante, Jon McKain, Troy Hearfield, Manny Muscat, Tim Brown, Vince Lia, Leo Bertos, Paul Ifill, Eugene Dadi. Substitutes: Reece Crowther, Chris Greenacre, Adrian Caceres, Daniel, Diego, Costa Barbarouses (two to be omitted).

Hmm I'm guessing the lineup will be the same as last week but with Sigmund in. Bench will be interesting though?

Caceres Crowther Greenacre and Diego?
Or Daniel?
Or Even Costa did well last week?

I probably wouldn't put both costa and greenacre on the bench, and would prefer Daniel over Deigo

Will this be on the radio if I'm in a hut in a thunderstorm in the Ruahines?  Might as well bring the rado and try for Radiosport, 1125 AM Napier.  I guess it'll be on, whether I can get any of it is another question!!
