I'm hoping the Fury.  They're a shambles so we can beat them down, get 3 points, and hopefully carry that one match momentum into the next week.

I've never seen any point in giving points for a team having a bye.  All the teams get given the same amount of byes and consequently also get the same number of points so it's pointless.

I'd like a win and a clean sheet to top it off. Voted for Gold Toast.

Ideal IMO would probably be someone like North Queensland. Seems to me there's two kinds of match that pull in bigger crowds - clubs that interest the general public for whatever reason ie Perth for Fowler, GC for Judas... and the first match of the season. The first match will draw in the semi-regular punter who's missed it, as well as the bandwagon jumper who suddenly developed an interest in the sport due to the World Cup etc. So from a marketing viewpoint, I'd rather use that interest to boost the attendance for an otherwise less appealing match, and then when more appealing matches are next, focus on their appeal.

But from Tony P's post it will be either CCM or GCU that we'll play at home first.
