Disappointed that there is no question about taking home games away.

Q: "What don't you like about supporting the Wellington Phoenix"

A: "Not being able to, when they're not playing in Wellington!"

"What would attract you to a Wellington Phoenix game?"

A- A "home" match played in Bangkok.
B- A job in Wellington, preferably with the club.(Worth a try)

Did you actually write that Junior82? That is gold!

Yep.  Should have made a reference to home away from home games but was feeling a bt charitable.

Was surprised that the Q for how much had been spent on nix gear only went to $200+; as a family ours is much higher.

Stefan's would be rather record breaking if you include those Come Play monstrosities.

there was space in one of the comments boxes to express my views about taking the home games away - i chose to equate i with spitting in the faces of loyal fans

still not happy with that call by the club - call me possessive but you can't deny that i want to see my club play - come rain or shine, good form or poor

that's loyalty Tony P - pay us back for that loyalty!

I would assume the response is, get 19,000 of our mates along every week and there is no chance of games moving.

And the response is that we've done more than that already...

Well, if you equate 'every' week with '2' weeks in a row!

Yep used it for that and of course my obligatory cheap shot about the stadium food.

Rest assured Wellingtonians, I recommended they take the preseason games on the road but keep the regular season games in Wellington. They will listen to me.
Grandfinal, if we get it, will be in Thames though.

I could see Marco running away with this one.

I voted Muscat. He's been outstanding this year.

Granted Rojas was excellent but he didn't play the whole season.

Yeah the only person that could take Player of the Year of Manny would be from a fast finishing Marco.

I'm voting Muscat though, for sure.

Manny/Marco two front runners for me, even though the young fella has only played 1/3 of the season he's easily been the most influencial

Queenslander 3x a year.

Nope.

Apparently I'm apathetic, but I couldn't care less.

Candidates for me
Muscat
Marco
Vuko
Siggy
Dura

In that order for mine
All have played with professionalism and had great moments
Manny consistently in whatever position we've put him

I even gave a moments thought to Hearfield - he's slowly turned himself into a right back

Manny/Marco - well, has to be Manny

If he's going it's a pity.  All the hard works been done here to get him sorted.
And we sure aren't overflowing with RBs
different thread I guess, your fault
