Not sure how much weight to put on the fox graphic but it looked like Sheridan at LB. Hope it's not correct

Payne at RCB and Sheridan at RWB?

nah, I reckon a lopsided 4231 or 343. If Sheridan is lb he won't be that attacking whereas Payne at rb can bomb forward with Singh or Sander cutting in, Armiento a proper winger. A 343 would be basically a straight swap Sheridan for James, Sander and Singh the two 10s in possession.

There is no way we will see Sheridan at CB so it would be Payne, I think. Sheridan is hopeless on the left but is a serviceable at RWB. With Payne, Hughes and Tuiloma as 3 CBs there is less worry of Armiento and Sheridan having to track back as much as if we played 2 CBs. Good to see Rufer back to enforce some order in the middle.

Pretty much nailed it with the 4231 - though Hughes is the nominal lb and Sheridan at cb.

Sorry but James passing out of defence has been woeful recently. Can see the reason for the change but I think our problems run a lot deeper than just swapping James for Sheridan.
