I feel like that could've been a shout for a red card with that handball? Intentional and stopping a potential 1 on 1 with the keeper

So what, VAR isn't even gonna look at it? Cool. Great

To be fair not sure I want City to get a red card unless we're drawing, can imagine them doing what Auckland did and us not being able to score against such a low block.

Pretty ugly half of football. Lots to improve on. Primarily, we need to improve on our control of the ball. The pitch looks hideous but some of our touches have been a joke. I'd like to see Kartum on for retre, as the latter hasn't offered much so far and has been late to everything

Feel like we're not too far off the pace. Pipers got to keep finding those little nooks of spaces he's getting into and hopefully can stick the landing. Maybe a bit more consistency at set piece time, and the stage is all set for Kratom for one of his off the bench goals.

Can VAR get involved for a handball outside the box?

Bring Kartum and LBS ASAP for some sleek passing in attack, we create zero chances.

We’re on the back foot but not out of it. These City players are cynics. Good to see Arzani get a card for mouthing off and he’s not the only one.

Come on Phoenix!

Sounds like the answer is no. It really was a touch of Maradona by Ferryra. None of Nix players appealed so they all missed it too. Onus on the AR to pick that up.

I was really hoping the friction within their team was going to see them fall to bits.   But it only takes one fortunate deflection to make a difference in football.

Come on you Nix.  Bang some in for the second half.

Sheridan on for Payne, hopefully some other changes at 60 mins if our attack is still looking lacklustre

Wonder if that was tactical or injury related. Payne did not have a great half I have to say.

City defence eternally frustrated at each other. Hopefully they start making stupid mistakes

City are gonna get a red this half

Did the refs just stop given pens for grappling to the ground in the box conveniently after we conceded two against AFC?

Our set pieces are disappointing, how hard can it be?

Just had a look at the live table. This is preety much season done and dusted if this result remains.

68 mins surely you bring on LBS now

Sheridan why? Is Payne having an absolute mere?

On the rare occasion we get delivery we don’t get the competing or attacking

Jeez City's flopping all over the show and constant complaining is getting tiresome!

Well, finals hopes are over.

Just playing for pride now in these last two matches.

A fourth win in a row was a massive ask especially with two away games in Melbourne. I'll never blame greenie, he should have had the opportunity at least 5 rounds earlier.

Okay genuine question even if it is unlikely is it still mathematical possible to get into 6 even if results stays like this ect?
Thank you (this is just for something I'm working on)

You compare the two teams and it's probably only Rufer, Eze that gets anywhere near City's starting lineup. We really do need to get some more quality in the squad next season.

That elbow to Rufer is often given as a yellow

Signing those two would be an ideal start.

Yes it absolutely is mathematically possible but there is an infinitesimal chance of it happening
