No one seems to know the handball rule anymore, but that must of been close enough for the commentators to give it more discussion... and considering it hit the hand, at least explain why it's not a handball within the laws?

I'd like to see this lineup. Fullbacks are pretty interchangeable tho.

I would like to see more of Sutton as an alternative to McGarry.

We have never lost when Sutton has started! P11 W5 D6 L0 (plus P1 W1 D0 L0 in FFA Cup games)

Given the way we're playing this stat is most certainly dead and buried.

Your dreaming. He has smashed it full blast from inside the 6 yard box. The only way any keeper is saving that is if it happens to be hit straight at a body part. Yes you have to protect your near post, but that has it's limits.

At least Sotirio is trying. But the worry is most of our squad are simply out of their depth. You can tell by how much space Sydney Fc has. How easily they get in front of our goal. Not to mention our non existent passing game and press

should have at least got a hand to it, instead he's dived in line with the shot not across it. he has issues near post last season too.

Rufer just does not offer enough to be a starting CM at this level

I would have preferred Tim Payne or TAHW in that position. Rufer played one good season under Rudan and made some handy contributions but that midfield position is a weakness that every team can guarantee that midfield won't be a threat. I feel bad for Paulsen and Oli Sail in particular

Some pretty competent saves when required and good on the youngster for telling his defensive line what's what when they buggered up and let Sydney through. Looks to have a lot of chutzpah, Paulsen does!

Rufer doesn't have the energy/presence a captain needs. Not trying to scapegoat, as most of them have been rubbish... but how can you make this guy captain. He's a serviceable squad member, but not a leader/captain.
