What's worse, I am unable to find the usual stream from Isuzu Ute A-League live on the You Tube channel via VPN that served me well till now. Spent all of the first half reading the carpings of you lot instead.
Two of the softest penalties you’ll see. Player going down before the challenge, sod all contact.
Maybe but as soon as you chuck a leg out backwards like that you are just asking for the attacking player to take advantage. He has looked really uncomfortable on the left side all night.
as much as I hate to say it, we miss he and Lewis.
I really miss Taylor.
Maybe for the flamboyant Taylor personality and leadership, but in terms of football presence I am happy to give Wootton another season to grow into the role. He seems to be playing second fiddle to Payne a bit, and I would not expect Payne to be a better footballer but maybe he has more of a personality that comes out on the field. Just my own observation.

Wotton is no leader on the pitch. He needs a Taylor to tell him what to do
We are shark. Heavily losing to a team we would normally control easily.
Don't think I rate Sail as a captain.
Well, it seems at present we would lose to any team, whether CCM or Melbourne City, and it won't get better till we get our act together. We are losing it in the midfield, everything else follows. So it could be the loss of Rufer and Lewis combo indeed.
How is Wooton getting the blame... he is the last line of defence. CCM are walking through our middle and our backline has been left to scramble all night.

that leadership of the team and especially leadership in the defence is what i miss.
But yea totally agree it will he good to see Wotton grow but we have missed Taylors leadership real bad at times.

Think they signed Wooton on multi year far to soon. We are the worst defending team in the league. Doesn't say much.

We have no middle atm.
dont think anyone is blaming him, just wishing Taylor was in the centre with him meaning Payne could be a RB. its a shame we have no LB with Sutton covering the injured midfield.
Also without Piscopo and Sotirio we've lost the quick outlet players and the guys who make it riskier for opposition to press and commit forward. Add to that, with Sutton coming inside to fill gaps, we've lost our other best outlet. I mean, it all adds up. Hard to compensate for Piscopo, Sotirio, Rufer, Lewis all missing. It was a pretty good effort that we were still good enough to grab those two wins. Mainland FC

We’ve lost half a team or more and replaced them with guys out of position or without much experience. We’re missing two or three central midfield players. Sutton filled in for a game, but it’s unfair to blame Louis for not being Sutton or McGarry. Louis is our replacement RB, who can do some minutes at LB.

Yes but it was a good opportunity for others to step up. Which they have not.
11 goals in two games. We are shark. Ollie should have prevented the last one.
What? He saved it. After their man was completely unmarked to have a free shot on goal. The defenders stood and watched as he took another shot this time in the goal.

true he saved the first shot but he did not control it well, letting it fall to the feet of the opposition.
At the end of the day, we were poor across the park for 180 mins of football. Too many of our defenders are converted midfielders and it shows (Elliott, Laws, Fenton, McGarry, Payne, Sutton).
