I was thinking during the first half that the Roar's defensive organisation was as good as ours. But we hold it together for 90+ minutes. They couldn't keep it together beyond half time.

They are an entertaining watch. Made enough chances to win that game comfortably. Ross Aloisi is doing a very good job so far I think.

 it's not Pennington I dislike, it's a certain member's undying love of him that does my head in. I think he does a job, is he a risk of a yellow every game? sure, does he disrupt attacks absolutely. He makes me nervous when he has the ball, like all aleague players he's not perfect and by no means is he the sole reason we win.

Our midfield is utterly clueless and without any intend, so disappointing against the bottom placed side I expect more
