Three quick questions.

Biggest disappointment?
Brightest Future?
For me it goes like this, best player Moss, kept us in games
and earned us points through his saves. Smeltz a good second.
Disappointment, for me Brown. I thought he'd have a bigger
influence in games but often looked out of form, passed poorly,
tracked badly.
Future, also to Moss, only 24, so very young for a keeper.
Costa also appears to be a positive proposition for the future,
once he gets a little stronger and can hold on to the ball a bit
more.

Player - Daniel, with Smeltz and Moss on an almost equal footing.
Disappointment - Elrich (but only because I had such high
expectations...)
Brightest Future - Costa, and I still back Elrich to come back
a heap stronger if he is signed next year.

Player of the Year ? Moss, Daniel, Lochhead - tied. The
amount of ammunition Lochhead supplied cannot be
under-estimated.
Biggest disappointment? Standard of refereeing. There's only 2
refs that were consistant and gave the Nix a fair go of it. Elrich
as I can see he potential if he wasn't so lazy.
Brightest Future? The Nix in general, the determination
to improve on this season which is the main difference between
the Nix and the predecessors. Costa's grabbing the headlines as one
for the future but I also liked the cameo from Draper last week.
his off the ball movement appeared good. Lastly, the YF, so many
strangers meeting together and getting to know each other, things
can only get better!

be off to Europe shortly.

Player Of The Year: Toss up between Moss and Smeltz
Biggest Disappointments: Cleberson. Wooden Spoon. Stupid late goals, particularly against CCM, Sydney and Adelaide at home. Ticketek.
Brightest Future: Wellington Phoenix FC, on and off the park. Great first season, now it's only going to get bigger and better
