Shame they have to sack the local young talent in order to find room for aging, injury prone players at the end of their careers
Go away, you cant see the benefits of the signings they have made you may as well go and watch someone else. So you would prefer we dont take part in finals and our young players dont get the benefit of the senior players because we arnt winning anything without some of those experienced players.

I don’t think loading up a team with broken down has-beens at the expense of talent you’ve developed for years is the way forward for a club.
If the plan is to spend up large to buy a title in a given year that’s great but if it fails it’s back to the drawing board

Going to need some elaboration on the "loading up a team with broken down has-beens".

Yallop has had injury issues recently, but Erceg is coming off being one of the best players in a league stronger than the A-League. One player isn't "loading up".

There also doesn't appear to be many of the "talent you've developed for years" being released, other than Brazendale who hasn't shown the ability to play consistently at this level.

Seems like hyperbole and being negative for the sake of it rather than any basis in reality.

yeah broken down has beens is a stretch, Yallop is hardly passed her prime, sure she's had some injury issues but if the coach and management see that she is passed those then she is the player to take them to the finals!!
Keeping young players just because they are young does not win you trophies, you need skill, experience and drive and Yallops brings all of that an more!

Just an opinion, let’s revisit mid season when the Nix are obviously going to be out of reach and injury free 😉

You're welcome to an opinion, I'm just asking if its based on anything other than your imagination.

Based on the sarky response, I have to assume it isn't.

Pretty sure thats not what i said. Just found it interesting from all the comments i have seen yours is the only one that you could say was negative. Kidding yourself if you think a team of young ones is going to win or challenge for the ALW League anytime soon. So you would prefer we finish bottom half with a team of young ones not sure how that will help their development.
If you cant see the benefit to the younger players with some of these signings not much more can be said.

But it does look like she and the club have agreed to a mutual termination according to Phillip Rollo

Edit: And heavily alluded to by Bev in her press conference about signing Yallop.

Interesting signing Tameka Yalllop. I hope they will get a younger faster attacking midfielder next they can bring on. With both Emma Pijnenberg and Macey out, must get 1 more in midfield.

Then a Daisy Brazendale replacement. So 2 more really.

I am reluctant to do "diagnosis via Instagram posts", but this kind of looks like bipolar behavior (burn your bridges one day and say 'just jokes' the next)

Of all the places for something like this to be confirmed, a fashion segment of a Christchurch newspaper is an odd place - but Macey Fraser is gone.
Make up a name to keep them guessing, if you're semi-famous and asked to do a vox pop.

Can't be that reluctant if you then go on to make massive, unnecessary reaches to do it

Yallop and Erceg are two incredible signings, that two years ago you would never have thought possible. Both talk about, the club facilities, the coach and the club's ambition as to there decision making.
Big kudos to the club for making this all happen when the opportunity arose to sign on Bev Priestman and backing her.

Alyssa Winham should be re-signed. She is putting in the hard yards recovering at NZCIS.
