My case gets better. I logged into Ticketec website and it says I have nothing waiting or coming for me, despite having right beside me all the transactions. It seems to me that Ticketec is a complete shambles that does not communicate within itself, let alone with paying customers. Sadly on their page - or rather conveniently, there's no contact information for any higher up the food chain to address any issues with them about. I wonder what the commerce commission would make of all this?? Not just my case, but every case.

I reckon (I could be wrong I guess) Ticketec should compensate season ticket holders for this yearly shambles. I don't know, what do you all think Should action be taken against them or should apathy be the line to follow. Some years, you get your ticket/s pronto, other years you get this situation where 4 days before the event and you're swetting your arse off waiting?
