Also dropped ball at 60.28, should have been done again by referee as player (Speckmaier) touched the ball before it hit the ground and play continued.
(Note too, Piney in commentary stating Speckmaier may have a shot at goal as it was just outside the penalty area. From a dropped ball restart for a goal to be scored it must be touched by two players now (it used to be possible for one player only, but laws have changed)). If Speckmaier had shot directly into the goal, then it's a goal-kick (or corner-kick, for own goal).
4th official holding up 1 off / 12 on for Foster / Edwards after Foster's red card, was corrected quickly to the appropriate 6 off / 12 on for Fraser / Edwards.
