A-Leagues 23/24, The Other Matches Thread
Western, Adelaide and Jets finding form is good news for us.
Macarthur FC captain Ulises Dávila has been handed a two-game ban after Football Australia’s independent Match Review Panel (MRP) reviewed this incident in Saturday's match against Western United 👇

How this wasn't flagged by the VAR, I will never know.
The club is extremely disappointed with the FA MRP process and subsequent suspension of our captain Ulises Davila.

The Mariners are well drilled and fit too. They have shown no signs of struggle with the extra matches recently.
On another note, WU can't sell out their temporary base lol
Edit: But it's 100 times better than any other stadiums they've played in over the years
If we had this at Porirua Park or the NZCIS, we would be over the moon.
I’m all for carding simulation, but I didn’t think he simulated at all. Sure he made a meal of it, but there was at least contact.
People have to get real. If crowds continue to go the way they have clubs will soon struggle to pay the bills and already are now. Most ALM stadiums are simply too big. Smaller venues like this are more sustainable
Still, some slight cause for hope.
