Maybe someone could make a thread for the sites, I'm not too good with making links so anyone else feel free. The one shot for glory site is pretty nifty, get to see Siggy, Bertos, Brown and co messing about quite a bit, and laughable staged office scence from RH

on the ticketek site they say tickets on sale tuesday 18th and 25th, which is it? where is the info about the expanded fever zone/white noise/standing area? was really just expecting to get all this info by email.

We just went to the launch of www.oneshotforglory.co.nz

News has all the official info but basically there is a pre-sale window opening tomorrow for Visa card holders and other key groups.  Then general sales start on the 25th.

News to follow with more and we should be linking through to their site from the top of our pages in the next couple of days.

Incredible stamina. No shame. Yellow Fever.

Great turnout from the clubs today I thought.  Good showing of media there too.

And of course use Fever wh0ring ourselves ruthlessly in search of free food (News), photo ops (me) and another drink (Feverish).

Incredible stamina. No shame. Yellow Fever.

I've never realised that Mulligan is basically as tall as I am. There is still hope for me to play for NZ then!

Ok so Mr News can I go online tommorow with my visa card and buy tickets for me and my mates to sit in the fever/white noise zone, or whatever this designated fan area is going to be called, Can we get some proper details from anyone?

Getting antsy here guys. mainly due to the impending nightmare of having to round up money off useless mates.

I know the feeling... especially as most of the guys I have to collect from are non-footy friends that I have convinced to come along!

The White Noise zone looks way too small.  Just the single section between aisles 21 & 22.

once thats full then we just buy tickets for the next isle. Idealy we want the entire stadium to be one giant white noise zone anyway

It was meant to be the two aisles that make the Fever Zone with the small aisle 20 area set aside as well.

where are you guys finding this info? that one shot website and ticketek doesnt tell us anything.

Also totally agree youd want 5 times the 1 zone allocated for white noise.

There will be more details.  Federations have emails to go to clubs for the 'football cummunity' ticketing and we'll have a link on here from Friday for the White Noise/Fever Zone.

No idea how the Visa thing works, I think you have to be registered to Visa entertainment.

I have a message in to someone on the size of the Fever Zone.

Any news on maximum amount of tickets you can buy at once? I would be keen to get a block of about 15 or so, as I will have plenty of my old football team coming down from Auckland, as well as some bandwagon-jumpers from down here in Wellington. Would ruin it a little bit if we couldn't all sit together

Finally it feels like it's getting closer (88 days according to the website)

Looks like the White Noise Zone won't go on sale tomorrow...

So do I use my VISA and buy a ticket tomorrow? Or wait until (Friday i think HN said?) and try get one in the Zone and risk missing out?

Also, any idea on prices for the Zone? Likely to be A, or B or something else?

Certainly a fortnight ago the zone was $29, not sure if the goalposts have been moved.

You'd think that, but for the Phoenix the Zone is the same price as the cheaper sections...

Any student prices? Im heading along regardless but i know student tickets would attract some non-footy fans, especially the last of Vic's exams are the morning of the game.

Fever Zone is $39... worth double the price if you ask me.

We will have a link on here from Friday for buying in the zone.  NZ Football looking at how the zone has shrunk and (hopefully) changing it.

Also, look for stuff from you club tomorrow if you are a registered player.

Steelo, nothing has been said on Student deals, maybe you are all meant to be behind the goals in the $29 seats (which - let's be honest - most of us would prefer anyway).

i'm a rugby fan but have always had a soft spot for the all whites. I grew up watching them at the 82 world cup finals so i will be going to the qualifer in november. I will drag or try to bring all my mates and fams to the game. GO ALL WHITES!!

OK. gulp.  I guess $99 is good for a family...

I presume that it is first in first served and that our Phoenix season membership and seating means nothing for this game (two different organisations involved)?

this is going to awesome - have booked my flights & accomodation for the family, would be a bugger if I missed out on tickets but will get those tomorrow hopefully.
Promises to be an excellent atmosphere to hopefully watch history - go the All Whites

I think its a bit mean to have no info about prices, seating or anything and then announce that tommorow there is a presale.  Takes a bitta organising when there is a group of you!

How quickly are we expecting the Zone to sell out? Like i would not want to try and buy one on Saturday. If tickets went on sale Friday. (or am i being way to ambitious)

So no Perks with the Phoneix Season Ticket holders. Thought you may have been able to buy your seats. Like they do with the Sevens and Test matches for Rugby Holders. Ah well. Just got to get in early

Hopefully we can get the zone extended by an aisle, which should make it easier.  If things erupt this week, might be able to justify going further but no promises.

Anyone buying in the zone does need to remember that there won't be any sitting, there will be boozing, (possible)swearing and loud singing - and one fat guy with traces of tourettes screaming at the officials.  Ticketek should make sure people know that.

Please note the FAQ rules on the zone and allocated seating and be prepared to be considerate.

Prices are pretty decent, even if the b-res sections are rather minimal in size. I think they are being sensible and going for a full stadium over 'premium' prices, good on 'em I says.  There's an NZ football attendance record just begging to be smashed.

I figure I'll just hit up A-res tomorrow, and hope everyone makes enough noise to not worry about it.
