How can you say a coach should be sacked when he takes a team who should have got a hiding in every game to within one game of the quarter finals of the olympics when one spot out of the group was already taken by Brazil?

Coaches get too much credit when teams win and too much stick when teams lose in my opinion. It's not so much a case of bad tactics, but the fact the players simply aren't good enough.

I played everygame, I didnt like his style thats all, all I will say is that I was a defender, 180cm tall 78 Kg that may help, just frustrated as hell watching this, sorry for saying that frank just a bit angry.

Its just what these still young players are used to. Fact is,theyre not up to standard,sides who are of less technical ability than their opponents do tend to turn to the long ball when they get desperate,surely youve watched enough football to know this?
Its the players not the coach making this tactic,despite what TouchMe says,its just not Stu Jacobs style to play long ball

I'm sorry but do you actually know anything about football? The players arsenal have at their disposal are some of the most technically proficient young players in the world. WE DON'T HAVE THOSE PLAYERS! We can't play football like that, even if all of, including Stu I'm sure, want to play like that. Maybe in 10 years when we have a generation of players who have come through with a greater focus on the technical aspects maybe, even then the fact that very few of them will have played at any kind of professional level...god I don't even know why I bother, these answers are so self evident.
