Our defenders need to be more comfortable on the ball and stop hoofing it all the time. Rojas doing very well though, you can see he is a class above every other player on the field.

Musa looks a significant step ahead of the other defenders from what I've seen.

Ask Sky.  All those nations probably chose to pay for the rights whereas Sky will have demanded OFC pay for the privelige.

Almost as good as the earlier effort " If the Solomans can go into 1/2 time 1-1 ahead....."

I question the wisdom of playing Ant Hobbs in this game. He was completely owned by the Solomons in the first match and he was to blame for their goal. Boy got no pace.Doloras2011-04-29 15:43:48

It doesn't look like any of our defenders have pace and that would be a real problem if they get to the World Cup.

Why surprised? Free entry, World Cup entry on the line, big NZ stars like Marco playing, and Auckland is full of Solomonians or whatever the correct adjective is.

Oh, I get it. You think that Aucklanders don't go to football.

Heyyyyy I'm an Aucklander - I would have gone if I knew this was on. Any estimate on how many there? Maybe a thousand or two?
