Little bit of digging shows the guy responsible is the bloke who runs Verboom Badges on Left Bank.

Bit out of beating distance though for you mate, which is probably for the best.

Jokes aside don't get too pissed about it, it's well known that it's your quote (& you got front page of the dom post no less).  Those t-shirts aren't even made, the guy will just whip them up if anyone wants to buy.

I was looking at trying to organise something to tie in with this tour for those wanting to go from London/UK, but it got too difficult.  I emailed Marius, Feverish and Smithy to see what the story so far was, but they all started squabbling with each other so I lost interest.

If any UK based AW supporters get stabbed and raped (or raped and stabbed) in SA because they are wandering around some sh*tty city between games on their own, blame those 3.

All I do is make the stuff I would've liked
Reference things I wanna watch, reference girls I wanna bite
Now I'm firefly like a burning kite
And yousa fake fuck like a fleshlight

You could diminish the efforts the fever are making for us nz based crew and also joke about quite a serious matter.
Your other option is to shut up and organise your own tour from the uk and grab as many ex-pat kiwi's as you can.

I'm sure if you chose the second the yellow fever lads would even help you push it though here.

I know I've said some stupid things on here in a red mist moment and regretted it later (most notably in a thread about the new Phoenix store) If you do start to feel like a prat and wish to edit your post, give me a message and I'll unquote you here.

All Whites World Cup ticket information -->

New Zealand has qualified for the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa and you can be there supporting the All Whites as they take on the world at the greatest show on Earth.

The draw takes place on December 5 (NZT) and coincides with the start of the next phase (phase 3 of 5) of ticket sales via FIFA.com.

Team-Specific Tickets (TSTs) will let you follow New Zealand around each of their games and are available from the FIFA.com website. Prices and further details about the process are available from http://www.fifa.com/worldcup/organisation/ticketing/index.html

New Zealand Football will also receive an allocation of tickets for each of New Zealands matches. These will be distributed (as individual tickets or as part of supporters tours) via NZFs yet-to-be-announced official ticket and tour partner.

To register for official information about tickets, tours, accommodation or merchandise send your details to southafrica2010@nzfootball.co.nz via this form, and we will keep you up to date with ways to show your support for the All Whites as they take on the World.

Might be time to hit up NZF.

I was wondering if flights would be part of the tour, I asked that in my email too.  If not, I'd want to start looking into bookings now.  If it takes much longer to know what's going on, flights will creep out of the price range for most people.

Packages with Emirates here. Packages with tickets for all 3 group games start at around the 10K (USD) mark, includes flights and accomodation

See. I'm all about highlighting the value and customer focussed approach of the Fever. Which reminds me, best send off my "I'm interested" e-mail!

Smithy, if you can get it running for $8.5 I will kiss you.

Thinking about it, that will put you off trying so I'll pass on that.

Was planning on moving to Wellington next year for uni, but I'm putting that on hold so I can work more and save for SA.

I'm so keen to come.  I announced to my parents that I'm going to SA and they said we'll talk about it.  I then proceeded to tell them I was 19 and, in the words of Principal Skinner "I'm my own man mother!"

The fever tour will be awesome but will need to be flexible as some will want/need to leave after the group stage whilst others will want to stay for the whole thing.  I'm not at all fussed about accomodation.  The cheaper the better.  I don't mind sleeping outside provided we have at least one armed person on watch.  We'd probably need to see if we can hire a few buses to take us around the country, would be cheaper than flying and if we all paid a bit it wouldn't come to too much each I wouldn't think.

Am I right when I say the NZ dollar is worth 5 Rand?  That could help us all, having said that I don't know what the purchasing power is.

Will English suffice over there?  Last thing I want to do is learn Afrikaans.  Horrible sounding language.

I've got $1 900 saved so far, getting two reasonable paychecks coming in soon and will try not to blow them all on subway.  I'm also selling a few things on trademe.  Worst comes to worst I've got a 16 year old brother I'll sell for a more than reasonable price.  He can cook, clean, do garden-work etc.  PM me for details.

To be honest, mate, getting a leave pass to go to the football has never been a problem. It's usually some other sh*t that crops up which ruins my plans.

Nobody has yet found an effective vaccine against Feverish.

Trust me, we're working on it.

Would accomodation include food?  Because I'm a hungry guy and if food isn't part of the package I'll need to save significantly more/buy a (big) rifle and down a hippo with it and eat that.
