see aussie olyroos just lost to Chile 3-4.

Chile have not even qualified for the Olympics. So they are going to be playing for scalps to prove that they should be there.

If we build it, they will come...

3pm? Do they not want a crowd?

Why not 5.30 at least?

Do you do PE or Sports Excellence? Or play for a school football team? You might be able to arrange a "short notice field trip"...

You mean the chimps. The baboons are at the other end and can be heard when playing at Melrose.

I deleted the ugly part of your post (the tacit implication that is).

Looks like our boy Troy is a confirmed squad member then.

Incredible stamina. No shame. Yellow Fever.

Good luck to the Oly boys then. I hope they don't need it though and put out a good performance to encourage a bit more support for them in their own country. Good Luck and I wish I could be there to watch.
P.S. Isn't the Chile Under 23 team pretty much their National side??

I am looking forward to the footy tomorrow. It is not every day you get quality South American opposition on show in Wgtn.

As Chile caused the Olyroos a few problems, a share of the spoils would probably be a good result.

I predict a 3-3 draw, with Barbarouses nailing a hat-trick!Braveheart2008-07-01 22:19:12
