That projected Costa Rica lineup we saw earlier was not even close to right. I’m a little surprised by Gerson Torres being picked over Venegas. If I were a Costa Rican I would be happy to see Campbell in the midfield and Contreras up top. I am stunned to see Jewison Bennette out there. Only 17 years old, but he is very fast. I’ve only ever seen him on the left wing, while Torres can play a few spots, so maybe the graphic isn’t 100% accurate. 

I think the AWs have to do what they can to beat Fuller. He’s the weak link in the back. That being said, Campbell is their best outfield play and Fuller is fast and good going forward. Cacace looks like he’s going to have to put in a shift defensively. They also went with the slower, more experienced midfield pair of Tejada and Borges. Not a big surprise, but that’s a pretty attack-minded group of three in the 4-2-3-1, there might be space to play and hold the ball in the midfield.

Soccerway has Marinovic in goal, Payne in for Kirwan and Kosta in for Stamenic. Solely Bell & Garbett in midfield.

No Rojas even on the bench. Hope the young boys Garbett and Grieve can offer good support to the Woodsman and he doesn't get isolated out of the game.

Greive could've done better now but some promise in there. CR sitting back and letting us dominate. But remember they wouldn't do this if they weren't good at it.

The commentators are rarking me up the way they are carrying on like we are dominating. We aren't playing that well. Still dispossessed easily and wayward and indecisive passing. Costa Rica are like a snake toying with their prey

There are some positive signs though - let's get that bloody equaliser and THEN use this momentum to dominate the game and win it from there. But it's goals that win games and Costa Rica don't give a sh*t if we keep dominating and it's 1-0 still at HT or 60 minutes etc.
