haha sport

lots of streams

I LOVE LAMP

10 Dec 21:09

I really hope it's straight to penalties if it's 0-0 at 90.  Don't think I could cope with another 30' of this.

10 Dec 21:15

Only set of streams I have had all game and they're all choppy and crappy. Fairly frustrating.

We will never fully decide who has won the football.

Terrible game but Auckland have been the better side(just)

If you are old and wise you were probably young and stupid

Must be the first time a foreign coach has said this about a NZ side:

"This team from New Zealand play a Latin type of game. They're tactically sound and they know how to pass the ball.

"They're good to watch and they're sure to pose us a few problems," El Amri says.

The stadium for tomorrow morning's game, the 52,000 capacity Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium in Rabat:

Spectators are about as far as it is possible to get from the field but at least it's virtually impossible to throw objects onto the pitch.

With no Chinese team participating this year, there shouldn't be the problem with lasers being directed at players that was a sad part of last year's tournament from Guangzhou Evergrande supporters (and as witnessed in the All Whites match vs.China recently).

Well he was right 1out of 3, They caused them problems so far (by not conceding), but not good to watch (today anyway) and Latin type !!!!

Amnesty International will intervene if there is extra time.

City look like they did against Team Wellington.  Thought that might have been a one off with the focus on this game but it's a similar display, lacking any real attacking bite and midfield not strong enough to hold possession and move the attack forward.  Disappointing so far.

How's my driving? - Whine here

10 Dec 21:23

Come on city, just one goal will do it!!

10 Dec 21:25

CIty look more likely.

This has been appalling though, having arrived back to live in NZ I might need to find a new sport

Normo's coming home

10 Dec 21:26

Seems the only way either team will find the back of the net is through penalties.

We will never fully decide who has won the football.

The TV commentator seems to agree with you

Don't piss off old people - the older we get, the less "Life in Prison" is a deterrent

This is baaaaaaad

Normo's coming home

I gave up watching at half time. Looks like I made the right decision. Is like two 95 year old's trying to knock each other out.

"this is Payne, in more ways than one " best quote of the match

10 Dec 21:43

The biggest buzz I got out of the match was the confusion around when they switch sides after in extra time.

We will never fully decide who has won the football.

ACFC - Better than the All Whites.

Hmm.

Incredible stamina. No shame. Yellow Fever.

10 Dec 21:50

Auckland City have definitely had the best of the chances.

10 Dec 22:03

Pen time, good luck Auckland. I'm assuming everyone will miss the first 10 and then someone will slip over and accidentally bury one in the bottom corner

Some bloke pretending to be a dog?

10 Dec 22:06

Keeper will be dissapointed on Payne's one.  Went the right way, got a good hand on it... just couldn't keep it out.

10 Dec 22:07

Oh look, laser pointers. I am utterly surprised....

We will never fully decide who has won the football.

10 Dec 22:07

Yes.  Good save from Williams.

10 Dec 22:08

Saved by Tamati!

And you can stick that laser pointer right up your ass.

We will never fully decide who has won the football.

10 Dec 22:09

Dan, weak pen. Just dived wrong way

I disagree, it was an awful game, but ACFC definitely deserved to be eliminated less than the home side.
