Roslyn v Dunedin tech will be an enjoyable game to watch.

Can't say I've heard of west end or Northern Hearts. Good to see Mornington pushing past the first round, good luck to them.

How many of the Mosgiel team is under 20? 

Brook, Ali, Kelly, Snell, Bu, Corkhill, Cotter, Anderton some great talent out on the plains, if Mosgiel were to put out an u19 side they would sweep away a combined otago club team with ease. Unfortunately though I have been talking to Riley Bungard (u19) and he told me Hamish Cotter has been getting a little too carried away with the praise being sent his way and is becoming increasingly arrogant, let's hope the old heads like Morgan, Regan and Zane sort him out before he becomes another Josh Dykstra- good player but unbelievably arrogant.

Are they all local Mosgiel lads? I know Morgan and Regan are  

Cody Brook, Matt Kelly, Rahan Ali, Hamish Cotter and Riley Anderton are. Isaac Snell and Louis Corkhill from Auckland and Michael Bu from Christchurch. 

How old are the like's of Lewis, Collier and Hogan at cavvy?

Some people forget that the medals don't get handed out until the end of the season.

There's no need to have a pretenders 11. Sure a team of the week or something would be good. But you shouldn't pick on players because they aren't performing to their peak and or you just don't like them. There are plenty of players that I don't exactly love but you will never see posts from me bagging them. The only good that could come from it is that it motivates them to prove you wrong. Other than that it doesn't benefit anyone.

Banta - the picture you keep posting is the very definition of being a keyboard warrior. And you can't close this thread down - it's one of the only things worth having a read and a laugh at on this site. It's still not as bad as the northernleagueforum.

That's the funny part of this forum, each account could be absolutely anyone. I think there would deffinitely be some surprises if everyone was exposed.

Right. Enough talk about accounts and enough negative talk. Lets get back into the reasons why we are in here in the first place and what we live for. The beautiful game.

I'm disappointed that this league has a 'bye' in it - whatever the reason - it's a hassle. Also why does the reserve league not kick off at 1230? Gives your first team a chance to get on the field and get carry-over players ready for the next game.

So within four hours, we've already had strike one. I've warned everyone where this is leading to.

Cut 'em. Losers that put others integrity at expense in order to stir up the pot deserve to go. They need some extra time to realise it's not what a good person would do.

Predictions for the coming weekend?
