Forget the Northern match, we never had eyes for the Chatham Cup. Roslyn will find out what all the fuss is about tomorrow. Tight game early one but fitness and class will rise to the top GI 3-1. Mosgiel will stumble AGAIN against Queenstown, they best they can hope for if a draw.

GI til I die!!!!

The Mighty Train will crush GI tomorrow, looking at 4-0...at half time!
Can't see Taylor & Joel causing much havoc against the likes of Connor or Mansford

Fletchers? I'll go play for Melchester, atleast then the "random draw" will give me a shot at the Roslyn wagon in the cup.

I heard Tim Dunn finally found his goal scoring boots again last Saturdayonly for them to be unjustly taken off!! Still my pick for SPL player of the year. He's moments away from catching fire!!

Game Could of gone either way, but good game to watch and think Roslyn will be better when Dan & Gee get back on the pitch

I would say we both had descent chances and if you asked the players it these type of games that you love to play in roll on this weekend for another big game

Cant see Jackson kicking on while at Cavy this year , No disrespect to Timmy Horner but I just dont think Cavy have the midfield this year to service Jackson's needs ,

He would be better suited to a Tech or Roslyn type midfield with ball speed and a more mobile midfield

He will learn alot from Brad Scott tho , if he is willing to listing to one of the two best strikers the SPL has seen in past years.

Why we talking about Tommy, lets talk about Joel & Taylor they are the future of Otago Football. Watch them run rings round Uni this weekend!!!!

Another came and yet again couldn't knock us over. University lads this week and I assume they think we are ripe for the picking? Think again, this side has proved that we are here to stay! Varsity lads will be too concerned with the upcoming Health Sci exams. A win by 3 clears goals.

Joel yes, Taylor's touch ie shinners are up there with Tim Dunn, Jackson is better than both of them

That makes sense - Tech who bypass the midfield altogether and Roslyn who play a centre back and a guy who wont pass without first attempting to beat 4 players. Jackson doesn't need great service IMO, he is that good. Twice as good as Taylor and I have yet to see Joel at his level (not saying he wont get there) but he is a wee way off just now.

Reckon It will be pretty even uni v GI. Credit to GI who keep defying it's critics. Will be interesting to see whether they can keep it up week in week out through the hard winter months.

i rate Jackson, one of the best young players Dunedin has seen for a few years & he'll give Roslyn a hard time on saturday but he's back in Dunedin again so he can't be that flash.

Can't believe that Joel hasn't made the World Cup squad for U20's, I know he's still qualifies for the next U20's. what have the coaches. Done by not taking him for experience
