4 - 0 win to the Train easy as

Big news coming out of the Mosgiel camp this week, with the transfer window slamming shut next week, the Plainsmen in an act of desperation to avoid relegation are in the process of re-signing Luke Burgess...probably slightly better value than snapping up contract rebel Gannon on those astronomical wages!

Can confirm the Burgess's transfer has been completed up here in Christchurch on 20 June, from Cashmere Technical.

4 days since the last post? You guys have changed. This used to be my second fave thread due to its activity and LOLs.

I even miss the Green Island banter.

I apologise for my inconsistant appearance on this forum of late. Derby day tomorrow and I know the lads are very confident of getting back on track. Don't think we will have to many problems with Mosgiel as the table shows. I'm thinking a 4-0 win and taking the trophy back where it belongs.

The twitter feed says we lost 4-1.  Didn't see that scoreline coming.  Seems we went 1-0 down then had young Attwood sent.  Then it's always gonna be hard against those guys.

Hate to say it but I was close to my score, heard the sending off was harsh but if the shoe was on the other foot they would have taken it as well. Cavy played well ish & Roslyn looked flat and disjointed from not playing last weekend.

Lets hope that they stop choking in the semi and actually make the final!!!!

Cally was surprisingly nice on Saturday, considering the weather it has held up very well.

Doble is out of the running, sick of being mucked around by the Board, can't blame him as this is the way Otago football works just wait till the season is about to kick off then appoint the coach.

Wonder why they putting All the time and effort in getting Stu Kelly, must be a bloody great coach
